Personal Assistant to Director


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative support to Director

• Manage and maintain Director’s appointments / calendar

• Liaise with all internal and external contacts

• Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspects for company meetings and events

 

Requirements:

• Male / Female max Age 28

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field

• 2 Years of working experience in the similar position are preferable

• Overseas graduates from English speaking country are preferable

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated

• Independent and able to work under pressure in organized and analytical approach

• Good knowledge in MS-Office

• Good logic and quick learner

• Fluent in English both spoken and written

• Own a car
